John B. Kulp

President/Chief Executive Officer, PIA Systems Corporation

For the past 18 years, Mr. Kulp has been responsible for all of the functional and marketing aspects of CPMS, the Credit Process Management System. This includes designing the credit process framework upon which the system was designed.

Prior to his involvement with CPMS, Mr. Kulp spent over a decade running his own financial institution consulting business. Prior to that, he held various positions within Citibank.

Mr. Kulp holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree with honors from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business.

Sidney H. Gudes

Vice President / Chief Software Engineer, PIA Systems Corporation

Mr. Gudes has been responsible for all software development aspects of CPMS, the Credit Process Management System for the past 18 years as well as for the recent development of BizProSys™. This includes data structure design, algorithms, parsers, control structures, modular interfaces, user interface, and oversight and control over software development.

Prior to his involvement with CPMS, Mr. Gudes spent over a decade running his own computer consultancy. Prior to that, he worked for several well known consulting firms.

Sid received his Bachelor of Science (Computer Science, with Honors) from Brown University in Providence , Rhode Island . He has also taken graduate courses and seminars in: programming languages; privacy & security; relational & distributed databases; human factors; graphics; microcomputers; management information systems; local area networks; expert systems; and object-oriented software development.
